Biography

This corporate executive is currently the Chief Operating Officer of a privately held healthcare IT and BPO Services company.

He describes his personal and professional aspirations as follows:

I have been a corporate executive since the age of 26, when I was first elected Corporate Treasurer at Computer Language Research.
I began reporting to a public company board at that time and was fortunate then, and since that time, to be mentored by business people whose skills, experience and intelligence allowed me to become a better businessman and person. Those mentors included Harvard and Stanford Professors, the former Chief Legal Counsel for Texas Instruments, the former President of Nasdaq, the former President of Aetna insurance, the former President of MasterCard Corporation, several Presidents of very large insurance companies, successful entrepreneurs, partners of Big 4 accounting firms, successful attorneys and investment bankers and others.
I am at heart an academic wrapped inside a businessman.
I love teaching others what I have learned and through my prior affiliations with the University of Dallas (as both a leader of several capstone programs and as a participant on corporate governance forums), and through my participation as a director with several companies I have realized that I receive great satisfaction working with managers to improve their business.
The bottom line is that Ive been a corporate executive for over 30 years, and I enjoy using what Ive learned to help other people.
In addition, I have a varied experience between both publicly traded and privately owned companies. From a purely selfish perspective, I have found that people who ascend to board positions tend to be smart, successful people from whom you can learn a lot. I intend to continue working in the corporate world for some time and can always learn from others.

His key areas of guidance include Finance, Accounting, Operational Excellence, Human resources, management and compensation, Outsourcing offshore operations, Software Development, and SaaS based operations for software delivery.
