Jim is a strategic, high-performing C.I.O. / Vice President of Business Process Improvement
His expertise is in IT turnaround, IT management and mergers & acquisitions.
Jim has done 7 actuations of new companies successfully. He and his team performs the initial due diligence, they investigate how the existing IT infrastructure will either be fully integrated, remain as a disparate (stand-alone) system from the existing company or a hybrid integrated platform. His strength lies in his ability to analyze, plan, then develop an immediate strategic business process to consolidate/streamline operations and share business systems.
Starting out 5 years ago, Jim’s company was at 55 million, the ERP system was unstable; volatile and the supply chain operations were dysfunctional. Recruited by the CEO of the company as a strategic leader to help them in this crisis, within 3 weeks he had developed a plan for remediation, this plan was presented and approved by the Board of Directors and Sr. Executives. Jim executed his plan within the next 90 days, immediately stabilizing systems, implementing processes “quick wins” and performing further analysis to include a phased approach to reengineer under-developed ERP modules and network enhancements. Through these changes, mergers and acquisitions he has helped his current employer grow to 150 million in revenue.
