Remote Synergex Consultant



Summary:

Application support for Synergex applications
Resolution of Production and Non-Production environments Incidents and Service Requests as per the SLAs
Testing and deployment of code changes in Production and Non Production environments for Incidents and Service Requests as applicable
Minor enhancements development, testing, deployment and support
Communication with the client stakeholders on technical issues, status and any other requests as needed
Work along with the wider team as one team and align with the overall objectives of the project
Act as the technical point of contact in the support team for Synergex
Application and technical knowledge sharing with the team on a need basis and support them in resolution of Incidents and Service Requests
Status reporting to client as per the project requirements
Demonstrate proactiveness and go-getter attitude in all transactions
Has the option to renew.

Remote Option available
Assignment Length: up to 6 months

Required Skills:

5-10 years of mandatory experience in development, Design and support function for Synergex DBL platform applications
Experience in Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects.
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Plus-Skills:

Experience in Hospitality and/or Timeshare will help
