Team Lead / Associate Director
" 5+ years experience managing the IT operations of a customer centric attraction
" 2+ years experience managing staff; including shift scheduling and performance reviews
" PCI Compliance Experience
" Budget Creation and Vendor Management
" Implementing and supporting
o multiple onsite POS devices in addition to website sales
o hardware and software patches, maintenance and upgrades
o Public Networks related to Wi-Fi, Cellular, DAS technologies.
o audio/visual technologies
" Familiarity with common ticketing solutions (Gateway, etc.).
" Familiarity with Cisco network infrastructure.
" Familiarity with wireless technology.
" Accustomed to managing a variety of clients and business partners.
An opportunity to prove yourself by developing, deploying and leading an optimal small IT team to manage a major attraction in New York City. This attraction will be going live in February 2020.
