Biography

Dr. Ginny B. Results Focused Executive Coaching is unlike any other in the world.  She is a Fortune 100 certified executive coach, #1 bestselling author of Fearless Women at Work, a speaker, and leadership expert.  She is the CEO and founder of Fearless Women @Work™, an executive coaching and career strategy company that offers proven techniques and tactics to help organizations and talented professionals at all levels to develop as leaders in business and in life.  

 

Armed with more than 26 years of experience working in competitive corporate environments in financial services and technology in the New York City area, and 20 of those years as a leader, she has not only achieved outstanding results in her own life, she has unrivaled commitment to her profession. 

 

Prior to starting her own business, Ginny held various Director level roles at a private asset management firm, where she worked for more than 16 years.  Before that, she was a Senior Software Engineer at Alliance Bernstein, and a Systems Manager at Prudential. In addition, her game plan as an executive coach is based on the knowledge, distinctions, and strategies gleaned from 10 solid years of personal development and training, including becoming an ICF accredited Certified Professional Coach (CPC).

 

Ginny’s academic degrees include a PhD in information Systems, an MS in Computer Science, an MBA in Management, and BA in Computer Science and Economics.  She’s fluent in Spanish.

­    Led an innovative Technology Strategic Planning team reporting to the CIO. Enabled a long-term business strategy to generate multi-year, double digit seven-figure savings.

­    Developed recommendations and implementation plans to mitigate business risks, evolve core competencies and business development practices, project management best practices, system development methodologies, and talent development. 

Leadership/Team Building:

­    Managed and aligned a multimillion-dollar budget Technology Program on behalf of Digital Marketing with short and long-term business initiatives and technology investments.

­    Led talent development efforts for the Technology division, influencing and collaborating with technology functional leaders, staff, and vendors through the planning and implementation of enhanced performance reviews, developmental plans, new roles and career path definitions.

­    Facilitated succession planning, employee development, retention, and engagement.

­    Adept program leader driving governance, compliance, communications, vendor due diligence, vendor selection, vendor management, and strong vendor negotiations.
