Prior to starting her own business, Ginny held various Director level roles at a private asset management firm, where she worked for more than 16 years. Before that, she was a Senior Software Engineer at Alliance Bernstein, and a Systems Manager at Prudential. In addition, her game plan as an executive coach is based on the knowledge, distinctions, and strategies gleaned from 10 solid years of personal development and training, including becoming an ICF accredited Certified Professional Coach (CPC).
Ginny’s academic degrees include a PhD in information Systems, an MS in Computer Science, an MBA in Management, and BA in Computer Science and Economics. She’s fluent in Spanish.
